plum is our AI sales agent on WhatsApp. When you message her, real information about you passes through our systems. This page says plainly what we keep, why we keep it, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. No legal fog.

Who we are

plumcut is a small team based in Beirut, Lebanon. We build and run AI sales agents for WhatsApp. We decide what happens to the information described here, which makes us responsible for it.

What we collect

Only what arrives in a conversation you start. We do not buy lists and we do not scrape anyone.

• Your WhatsApp number and the profile name you have set
• What you send - text, images, voice notes, documents
• Anything you volunteer - your name, email, company, what you are after
• Booking details when you ask plum for a meeting

Do not send card numbers, passwords or ID documents. If you do, we delete them.

Why we use it

To answer you, to book the meetings you ask for, and to remember the conversation so you do not have to repeat yourself next time. In aggregate, we look at what customers ask about so plum gets better at answering.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversation to send you unrelated marketing.

plum is an AI

Your messages are processed by a language model to generate replies. That is automated, but nothing plum does makes a legal or similarly significant decision about you - she answers, informs and books.

You can always reach a person. Ask plum for a human, or email info@plumcut.com, and one of us takes over.

How long we keep it

Conversation records are kept for 24 months after your last message, then deleted. Booking records last as long as the meeting and our own bookkeeping need them. Ask us sooner and we delete sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, or tell us to stop using it. Email info@plumcut.com and we answer within 30 days. Or just message plum and ask to be deleted - that works too.

Security and children

Messages are encrypted in transit by WhatsApp. Our systems are access-controlled and limited to the people who need them. No system is perfect, so do not send us anything you would not want stored.

plum is for adults doing business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 - tell us if that happens and we delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything material gets announced on the site.
